We do not require proof of employment, tax returns, or perfect credit scores. An existing relationship, the fair-market value ("FMV") of the asset, loan-to-value ("LTV") ratio, and the viability of the deal is what matters most.

RFH Capital Partners is a direct lender that only lends to legal entities. We do not rely on financial institutions for funding and can usually close a loan in 14 days.
