Our cash out refinance loan allows real estate investors to access the equity of their rental property to consolidate debt, invest in other properties, buy out their partners, or increase their cash reserves.
Typically, our cash refinance loans have a loan term of one year, or less; and have a loan-to-value (“LTV”) ratio of 50% of the appraised value.
Underwriting is heavily weighted on the property’s appraised value and not the individual’s debt to income (“DTI”) ratio and no personal income verification is required.
RFH Capital Partners is a direct lender that only lends to legal entities. We do not rely on financial institutions for funding and can usually close a loan in 14 days.
